Potsdam Junior Hockey Association is excited to host Interest Skates as we prepare for the 2026–2027 season!
These sessions help us plan teams, ice time, and coaching while giving players the opportunity to get on the ice and connect with the program.
$10 per session

Interest Skates are open to all players : current PJHA athletes and anyone new who is interested in joining next season. Participation is welcome and does NOT commit you to the season.

>The Potsdam Junior Hockey Association is proud to announce the IceStorm 19U Tier II Girls Hockey team for the 2026–2027 season. Based out of Potsdam, this centrally located program is designed to bring together players from across the North Country to form a unified roster capable of competing for both a NYS and National Championship. By combining our talent under the IceStorm banner, we aim to provide our athletes with a high-quality hockey experience and expanded opportunities for competition. Get Involved: All interested players should complete the interest form here. Open Skate: We are hosting an open skate for all interested players on Friday, May 8th @ 7:15PM (Maxcy Hall, SUNY Potsdam) – use the form above to register After the open skate there will be a brief meeting for parents and players to learn more about our specific plans for the 2026–2027 season.

Hockey stick chair fundraiser, pictured below, is to benefit the new 8U Girls Icestorm wrap team and PJHA. To enter, you must be at least 18 years old and make at least a $10 donation via Venmo or cash. Details about chair: The chair was built by students at Potsdam High School and sticks were donated by community members. There are two sticks in the chair that were used by an Olympic Gold medalist as well as other local hockey legends! The drawing will be done online on June 25th with all of the names being added to a Wheel of Names that will be recorded here: https://wheelofnames.com/anc-8xy Donation Cost: $10 per spot on the Wheel of Names, donate in multiples of $10 for the number of chances you wish to make. We’ll add your name an equal number of times. When making your donation, in the note section, enter your first and last name as you want it to appear on the spinner.
